Siemens Korea Digital Industries successfully hosted the “Siemens Battery Conference 2026” at the Lotte Hotel Seoul on the 16th
SEOUL--(뉴스와이어)--Digital Industries (DI) of Siemens Korea (Siemens Ltd. Seoul·SLS) announced that it has successfully held the Siemens Battery Conference 2026 on June 16 at Lotte Hotel Seoul.
This conference marked Siemens Korea’s first offline industry-focused event dedicated to domestic battery sector customers. The event was organized to explore ways to strengthen the competitiveness of Korea’s battery manufacturing and equipment industries amid rapid changes in the global battery market. It brought together global and Korean market Siemens experts, as well as stakeholders from battery manufacturing and equipment industries, creating a meaningful platform to share insights on the future direction of the industry and strategies for future manufacturing innovation through digital transformation.
The conference covered a wide range of topics, including shifts in the global battery market, the latest equipment technology trends, sustainable growth strategies, and digital passport (Battery Passport) for the European market. It also highlighted next-generation manufacturing technologies such as digital twins, OT/IT integration, generative AI, and predictive maintenance. In addition, battery equipment-specific solutions to enhance global competitiveness and real-world application cases were presented. Participants exchanged diverse insights on the future direction of battery manufacturing, digital transformation strategies, and approaches to improving productivity and quality in a rapidly evolving industrial environment.
